Bela-Bela Local Municipality is a local municipality in Limpopo, covering 3 406 square kilometres. It falls within the Waterberg District Municipality. It takes in the towns and settlements of Bela-Bela and Pienaarsrivier.

Census 2022 counted 64 306 residents, making it the 27th most populous of the 27 municipalities in Limpopo and 208th of 257 nationally. That works out to 18.9 people per square kilometre. Population is spread thinly across the area. There are 22 449 households, averaging 2.9 people each. 23.9% of residents are under 15 and 8.4% are over 65. Among residents aged 20 and over, 10.8% hold a higher education qualification and 5.9% have had no schooling.

The council has 17 seats across 5 parties, with ANC holding the largest share at 10 seats (58.8%). ANC governs the municipality. Ms Gloria Seleka serves as executive mayor (ANC), and Mr Tsatsi George Ramagaga is municipal manager.
