Endumeni Local Municipality is a local municipality in KwaZulu-Natal, covering 1 610 square kilometres. It falls within the uMzinyathi District Municipality. It takes in the towns and settlements of Dundee and Glencoe.

Census 2022 counted 100 085 residents, making it the 46th most populous of the 54 municipalities in KwaZulu-Natal and 185th of 257 nationally. That works out to 62.2 people per square kilometre. Population is spread thinly across the area. There are 23 960 households, averaging 4.2 people each. 26.8% of residents are under 15 and 6.1% are over 65. Among residents aged 20 and over, 13.0% hold a higher education qualification and 4.6% have had no schooling.

The council has 13 seats across 4 parties, with ANC holding the largest share at 5 seats (38.5%). Hung Council governs the municipality. Mr Mcebo Mkhize serves as executive mayor (IFP), and Mr Thandelwethu Manda is acting municipal manager.
