Winnie Madikizela-Mandela Local Municipality is a local municipality in Eastern Cape, covering 2 415 square kilometres. It falls within the Alfred Nzo District Municipality. Its main centre is Bizana.

Census 2022 counted 350 000 residents, making it the 11th most populous of the 39 municipalities in Eastern Cape and 74th of 257 nationally. That works out to 144.9 people per square kilometre.
