Ba-Phalaborwa Local Municipality is a local municipality in Limpopo, covering 7 490 square kilometres. It falls within the Mopani District Municipality. It takes in the towns and settlements of Gravelotte and Leydsdorp.

Census 2022 counted 188 603 residents, making it the 19th most populous of the 27 municipalities in Limpopo and 118th of 257 nationally. That works out to 25.2 people per square kilometre.
