Ramotshere Moiloa Local Municipality is a local municipality in North West, covering 7 323 square kilometres. It falls within the Ngaka Modiri Molema District Municipality. It takes in the towns and settlements of Groot Marico and Zeerust.

Census 2022 counted 161 605 residents, making it the 14th most populous of the 22 municipalities in North West and 126th of 257 nationally. That works out to 22.1 people per square kilometre. Population is spread thinly across the area. There are 47 597 households, averaging 3.4 people each. 30.0% of residents are under 15 and 8.3% are over 65. Among residents aged 20 and over, 6.1% hold a higher education qualification and 13.7% have had no schooling.

The council has 37 seats across 7 parties, with ANC holding the largest share at 22 seats (59.5%). ANC governs the municipality. Ms Dina Pitso serves as executive mayor (ANC), and Mr Lekgetho Isaac Mokgatlhe is municipal manager.
